Setup took me under ten minutes on my own, and the napper has been a lifesaver for daytime naps while I cook. The changer is right there at waist height so I don't have to bend over, and the whole thing folds into the travel bag without a fight.
The napper detaches so easily that I move it from the living room to the bedroom all day without waking my baby. The changer clips on solidly too, and the whole thing folds into the travel bag in about two minutes. For the price, this is everything we needed for the first few months.
I was nervous about assembly but had the changer and bassinet set up in under ten minutes flat. The grey fabric looks way more expensive than it is, and that travel bag makes packing up for grandma's house genuinely painless.
